Donna Stofer - President and Founder:
Donna is one of the foremost filtration industry experts with a lifelong interest in and passion for the art and technology of the Filtration Sciences. She has extensive hands-on experience in the manufacturing of submicron membranes of all types, the fabrication of pleated devices, and the application of filtration technology, where particle control has a direct impact on the success of our partners. Donna Founded ChemReady Filter Corporation in 1996 with a vision to Partner with manufacturers in Silicon Valley and beyond, providing inside knowledge of the Filtration Sciences to achieve manufacturing excellence. Validating particle control on the manufacturing floor beyond the limits of the Pharmaceutical Industry HIMA challenge, ChemReady provides expertise and management of the Filtration Sciences while eliminating the waste of maneuvering an unregulated and ever-changing filter industry. ChemReady employs science, metrics, and IT to bring strategic and compelling change to our Partners’ operations around the globe. ChemReady was the first supplier and small business to be selected as a Six Sigma Black Belt during the deployment of Six Sigma at one of our strategic Partners.
Elizabeth Parham- Controller:
As a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional, she specializes in preparing asset, liability, and capital account management and analysis, as well as analyzing financial options through careful risk and benefit options.
Elizabeth spent three years as National Account Operations Manager at Micro Matic LLC corporate office in Brooksville, FL. This position involved coordinating & overseeing the deployment with high-profile corporate accounts as well as being the point of escalation to resolve any issues that periodically arose. Before Micro Matic, she spent over 14 years as Director of International Sales at RathGibson, a stainless & high alloy tubing manufacturer based in Janesville, WI. She was instrumental in facilitating contract negotiations and was strategic in all levels of communications, from inquiry, order placement, and shipment to payment. Her position involved working with companies that supported the heat exchanger industry, which ultimately supplied some of the largest oil & gas producers all around the globe.
Elizabeth has always prioritized customer service & client retention, which has resulted in a proven and distinguished track record for increased sales.
Rob Stofer- General Manager:
Rob joined ChemReady in 2022 as the General Manager after a 35-year healthcare career. He has overall day-to-day responsibility for every facet of ChemReady.
Rob previously held executive leadership roles within one of the largest post-acute healthcare companies in the world. He was responsible for over 20+ department heads, 300+ employees, 250+ patients, and over 175,000 ft² of facility management with an operating budget of over $25M.
Rob has extensive experience and proven success in numerous Quality Improvement initiatives, customer service, resource management, financial management, and revenue growth.
Jenny Clark - Operations Manager/ Quality Control:
Jenny is responsible for all shipping, receiving, packaging, quality control, quality assurance, planning and scheduling, and warehousing operations.
Jenny's previous experience was as a Chemist and Method development chemist’s assistant, Quality Control SOP auditor, and documentation administrator. She analyzed products to ensure they met labeling claims and assisted in creating/adjusting analysis methods. Jenny was also in the Agriculture Research Service with the USDA as a Physical science lab technician.
Jenny holds a Master of Science from The University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University
