Activate your Account
Directly upon your hire, it is important that you contact the Information Technology Help Center during college business hours to setup and activate your employee email and other college accounts.
IT Help Center
The Information Technology department at Chemeketa provides employees and students with support by telephone and walk-in service for college systems. Employees can access the IT Help Center in person in Bldg 9, Room 128 on the Salem Campus or by phone at 503.399.7899.
How To Login
Access at: elearn.chemeketa.edu
Enter your My Chemeketa username and password
Username: (same as My Chemeketa)
Password: (same as My Chemeketa)
Please note: If you recently changed your My Chemeketa password please allow up to 2 hours for these changes to take effect before attempting to login to eLearn.
