Single sign-on allows you to move between Chemeketa systems without being required to login to each system individually
The first time you log into single sign-on you will need to click on Claim My Account
To set up and access your employee Gmail account, navigate to http://gmail.com
For assistance setting up or accessing your email account for the first time, contact the IT Help Desk at 503.399.7899

The College's web portal for students and also stores employee information such as leave balances, benefits and payroll information

Setting up and checking voicemail
This system provides alerts for Chemeketa inclement weather closures and emergencies. You must register for this service if you would like to receive alerts
All Chemeketa employees, student leaders and volunteers are required to complete four trainings (FERPA, Title IX , Campus Security Obligations & Security Awareness for End Users) required by federal and state law to follow best practices in higher education. Please visit the Mandatory Employee Training page for step-by-step instructions. These trainings need to be completed when you start work at Chemeketa.
Mandatory Reporting of Child Abuse
Oregon state law states that community college employees must report when a child has suffered abuse or a person has abused a child. College policy requires all college employees, including student employees, to report any incident to the President's Office, executive dean or the Human Resources director when the incident is in any way connected to Chemeketa.
