Google Classrooms is broken up into 3 sections: Stream, Classwork, and People.
The Stream is the default home screen that shows you announcements from your teacher.
The Classwork section is where you will find all assignments.
The People section is where you will find all students and teachers in a class.
There are many types and styles of Assignments that teachers might use in Google Classrooms. This video shows you just a few and how to turn assignments in.
TIPS for Success!
Read the instructions!
Be sure to mark assignments as complete!
Do not be afraid to ask questions!
Finding grades can be done several ways:
Find grades by clicking on "View Your Work" in the Classwork section.
You can also find grades and comments by looking at individual assignments.
Google makes it easy to find assignments and when they are due. Using the Calendar links in Google classroom will bring students to their Calendars with all their classes and assignments linked.
Finding assignments and keeping track of your work can be frustrating if you are in multiple classes. The "To Do" list makes this easier by putting all your assignments in one place.
You can find the "To Do" list from the Main Menu of your Google Classrooms home page.
