Project ACCESS or Acquainting In-Coming College Entrants on Scholarship and Grants-in-Aid System is an Information, Education and Communication (IEC) Campaign of the Commission on Higher Education – Cordillera Administrative Region conducted by the UniFAST and the StuFAPs Unit. It aims to orient potential undergraduate enrollees of the opportunities and accessible financial assistance programs in higher education that they can avail.

KABADANG” is a Cordilleran term meaning mentor / mutual help / collaboration. In CHED-CAR’s usage, KABADANG refers to a research publication mentoring program led by CHED-CAR.

It is a flagship initiative of CHED-CAR designed to build the research and publication capacity of faculty and staff across HEIs in the Cordillera region.

Sometimes stylized in specific implementations (e.g. KABADANG P.R.O.M.I.S.E.) to highlight themes like “Publication Refinement and Optimization for Maximum International Scientific Excellence.”
