Pushups - start with one or on your knees until you get better
Run - can be any distance and any speed your ready for and tracked/timed on apps on your phone
Sit-ups - just wedge your feet under something heavy to keep you from moving and do as many as you can
Pull-ups/Chin-ups - If you don't have a bar in your house take a quick run to a near by park there is usually one there or something similar you can use
Chair dips - sounds like what it is, very easy for around the house tricep workout
Squats - to make them harder pick up something heavy around the house
Yoga literally means "yoke" or joining together. It is based on a thousand-year-old series of poses that include opposition in each pose. It has also been called a moving meditation.
