This year, I am excited to teach both 6th and 8th grade Social Studies. I have been teaching middle school Social Studies for 20 years. While each grade explores different topics and skills, both courses will encourage students to think critically, ask questions, consider multiple perspectives, and make meaningful connections between the past and the world around them.
