Fundraising

Please help us in making a huge difference for an incredible group of students, and the school community.

We're raising money to benefit the journalism program at Carrboro High School. We receive no funding, and have to raise all of the money to print a paper, care for our cameras and equipment, and hopefully upgrade our website.

You can donate...

A donation will help to fund

the printing of the JagWire newspaper, which costs ~$450/issue (our goal is 1 per quarter, 4 per year)
the upkeep and upgrades to our technology, including DSLR cameras, lenses, recording devices, software, etc.
assisting all print and broadcast students so that they can afford to attend local, state and national journalism conventions
supporting other related activities such as the all staff mid-year retreat, gifts for guest speakers, and the creation of press pass badges

Donations are accepted via check or cash.
