Genius Hour is a time for you to work on a long-term academic or personal goal or product. Seriously, we are providing you with school time AND support to accomplish something AWESOME during this funky time in history!

Each Thursday, ANY STUDENT is invited to join Ms. Lane at one of two Genius Hour sessions. You may join at any time during that hour. They are:
12:30-1:30pm
2:30-3:30pm
What is a "passion project"?
What is a "passion project"?
A passion project is a long-term, independent project of your choosing. In past years, students have written novels, built apps, made films, created art pieces, and served their community as volunteers. You can learn how to play an instrument, write and record a well-researched TED talk, or solve a problem in our community. The possibilities are endless!

Next, come up with an essential question or goal that you wish to answer or accomplish. Use this sheet to help.
Complete this Genius Hour Passion Project planning sheet, and save it to your eBinder.
Finally, get in touch with Ms. Lane using this form. You will be asked to attach your planning sheet, so make sure that is completed first, ok?
