Meet the Teachers

Ms. Nicole Dixon

Greetings families. My name is Nicole Dixon. I was born and raised in Trenton, North Carolina. After graduating from Jones County Schools, I continued my education at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. After graduating I began my teaching career in Public Schools of Roberson County, Cumberland County Schools, and Guilford County Schools. I have been a part of the Navigator family since our opening in 2013. I look forward to working with your children.

Personally, I have been blessed with a beautiful daughter who will enter school in a few years. We enjoy spending time outside school exploring museums and the greater outdoors. I share my excitement for learning with her too!

Ms. Venicia Pullen

Hi all!!! I was born and raised in eastern North Carolina. I attended North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in 2012. I spent 3 1/2 years working with children ages 5-12 in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility. There I learned and gained a vast understanding of children and behaviors. I began working in Clinton City Schools in 2016 as a 4th grade Math and Science Teacher. I became a part of the wonderful Navigator Nation in 2018.

I enjoy traveling, exploring, and learning about different places, people, and cultures. I have 1 courageous, outspoken 6 year old son who also attends NES.
