• What changes can occur in an organism’s environment that can be beneficial to it or some that are harmful?
• How do animals use behaviors in response to information received from the environment to meet their needs?
• How has recycling, establishing rain gardens, planting trees and shrubs to prevent flooding and erosion, and other actions by humans affected our changing habitats?
• How do differences among animals of the same population sometimes give individuals an advantage in surviving and reproducing in changing habitats?
