My name is April Siler and this will be my 10th year at McDougle. This will be my second year teaching 4th grade after previously teaching 3rd grade for two years. I have a Bachelor's in Elementary Education with a concentration in Social Sciences from North Carolina Central University and a Master's Degree in Innovation Education from Elon University. I strongly believe in building deep relationships and connections with each of my students and I work diligently each day to create a learning space conducive for all of my students.
