Welcome to the Youth Leadership Institute! This space is for students to participate in conversations about social justice, racial equity, and promoting multiculturalism. Join us to learn about what it means to be a student advocate, and to develop leadership skills. The Youth Leadership Institute is an organization that honors students’ cultural identities, facilitates discussions on a variety of topics, and advises students on action steps that lead to change. We are committed to envisioning a community that confronts racial, sexist, homophobic, ability, and language inequities.
