Mother's Day

In honor of Mother's Day, our students participated in a heartwarming lesson to celebrate the love and care of mothers and mother figures. Through fun and creative activities, they learned new vocabulary, practiced speaking in English, and created special cards and messages to show their appreciation. It was a joyful opportunity to express gratitude while building language skills in a meaningful way.

Easter

This April, our students took part in a fun and interactive Easter-themed lesson, where they learned about common symbols, traditions, and vocabulary related to the holiday. The activities included games, crafts, and simple English practice to help them connect language learning with cultural experiences.

This lesson was also chosen as the topic for my TFETP teaching observation, highlighting student engagement, cultural appreciation, and creative use of English in the classroom.

Tomb Sweeping Day

To honor local traditions, we also had a special lesson about Tomb Sweeping Day. Students shared their own experiences and learned simple English words related to this important Taiwanese holiday. The lesson helped promote cultural pride and understanding while giving students a chance to use English in a meaningful context.

Children's Day

This April, we celebrated Children’s Day with fun and meaningful activities both in the classroom and throughout the whole school. In class, students enjoyed engaging English games, songs, and interactive tasks that helped them practice language skills in a joyful way.

During the school-wide celebration, students participated in a variety of exciting booth activities and games that encouraged teamwork, creativity, and lots of smiles. It was a great day to honor every child and create happy learning experiences together.
