Year 7 & 8 follow the same assessment timetable.
Formal assessments include:
October Half Term
Christmas
February Half Term
Easter
End Of Year Exams (Typically run the week after May Half Term)
Assessments are cumulative of topics throughout Year 7 & 8, designed to identify knowledge gaps and encourage skill retention.
Revision for assessments is essential, the results inform our teaching throughout the year.
