How is a child referred to PEECH?

Most referrals are made by preschool programs, daycares, physicians, health departments, Head Start, or other agencies involved in providing services to preschool aged children; however, anyone who knows a disabled child can initiate the screening process by completing the CFRESA Preschool Screening Referral Form (See below): If you have any questions regarding this process, please contact CFRESA Preschool:
