Senior Photos are due Wednesday, November 19, 2025
Submitting photos:
Digital photos may be submitted on a flash drive at high resolution (at least 300dpi) OR emailed to pegarellae@chatham.k12.ny.us. Please use the FULL image file size when sending. Do not compress the file and do not use a screenshot. (Note: This is the preferred way of sharing.)
Printed photos can be sent to Elizabeth Pegarella. Students can bring them to room 103 or families may drop them off in the attendance office.
Photo requirements:
Vertical orientation (portrait) either color or black and white (yearbook will be all color).
Photos should NOT be downloaded from social media as they are generally not high enough resolution.
Students may opt to use their regular school photo as well, taken on Picture Day, 10/1 and 10/2. This is a no-cost option.
Please note that we are encouraging seniors to dress appropriately for photos. The editor may ask for a different photograph if your's is not appropriate.
Photographer Recommendations: If you are looking to have your photo professionally taken, here are some great photographers! Send us your information if you would like to be added to the list!
Upstate Images - this is the company used by the district for regualar picture day. Seniors may have their photo taken on regualr picture day, 10/1 and 10/2 for no cost or they may come to any of the Upstate Images studios for senior portraits. Visit https://www.upstate-images.com/studios to schedule a sitting. Picture retake day is 11/7.
