The ACT WorkKeys is a job skills assessment tool created by ACT that evaluates practical, real-world knowledge needed for success across various occupations.
It allows students to earn the nationally recognized NCRC credential (available in Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers), which over 28,000 employers use to screen job applicants, validate skills, and make hiring decisions
Core Assessments: The three primary multiple choice tests required for the NCRC are Applied Math (34 questions in 55 minutes), Graphic Literacy (38 questions in 55 minutes), and Workplace Documents (35 questions in 55 minutes).
Difficulty Levels: Each section features five levels of increasing complexity, generally spanning from Level 3 (easiest) to Level 7 (most advanced).
