Use the Quarterly Points Record to keep track of each season of service:
March - May, June - August, September - November, and December - February.Â
See a SAMPLE service log. Committee Leaders should update records weekly.
Things to remember: A parent or guardian signature is required. In-person meeting attendance is 1/2 point. $10 = 1 point. No more than 10 points can be earned for the same project. YOU MAY NOT DOUBLE UP POINTS FOR A CLUB YOU ARE ALSO A PART OF, but you CAN use up to four hours of non-club service like a local charity or the HOSA food drive (if you are not already getting points for HOSA).Current Opportunities
