ABOUT THIS HANDBOOK
This digital access Employee Handbook contains important topics for Chatham County Schools (CCS) personnel. Although there are references to Chatham County Schools Board of Education policies and procedures, the handbook does not contain all Board of Education policies and procedures. Each employee should review policies through the school system’s webpage for Board of Education policies (linked here). It is the responsibility of each employee of the Chatham County Schools Board of Education to understand and comply with applicable laws, policies, and procedures. Please note that each school may have established guidelines or other documents which are not included in the list of topics provided below. In addition, other district-wide divisions and departments may have procedures for specific personnel.
