Senior Internship Important Dates

SIP Dates: May 18, 2026 to June 12, 2026

• Off for Memorial Day (May 25th)

• 19 School Days (18 Internship Days with consideration  of the Senior Picnic)

Parent Info Meeting: 11/10/25 from 7-8pm - Virtual Google Meet

Student Info Meeting: 11/11/25 during lunch - CHS Auditorium 

Application goes live: Monday 1/6/26 at 8pm 

Application due by: Monday 2/6/26

Signed SIP Guidelines due: Tuesday 3/3/26

Information Session for Accepted Students: April 30th 

All SIP Paperwork (Schoology Docs & Signed Paperwork) Due Friday 5/8/2026

• Graduation survey

• Auto insurance

• Pre-internship resume

• Internship schedule

All School Obligations due: Wednesday 5/13/26

• Books & Materials must be returned

• All outstanding fines must be paid in full

School Related Event Dates During Internship:

• Wednesday, May 27th – Physics/Great Adventure Field Trip

• Friday, May 29th – Senior Prom

• Friday, June 5th – Senior picnic 

• Monday, June 8th – Senior picnic rain date

• Monday, June 15th – Graduation Rehearsal (time tbd)

• Tuesday, June 16th – Graduation Rehearsal (time tbd) & Graduation

**Students participating in AP Testing may be required to make adjustments to their internship schedule.**
