Information for Deposit Refund, Provisional degree, 8th semester grade card and Convocation 

A. Student Deposit Refund Fund (library deposit)

Procedure: Get the form from the account section; Fill up the form, get the sign of respective authority, along with the form submit the original copy of the fee receipt library deposit.

B. Student Deposit Refund Fund (Charusat Girls hostel)

Same way for charusat hostel deposit.

C. Provisional Degree and 8th Sem Grade Card

Department will receive a provisional degree certificate and 8th sem grade card after 3 to 4 days of declaration of result. Faculty will inform you for the same. 

Kindly collect personally or send email to faculty if someone is collecting on behalf of you.

D. Convocation Date

Martin Sir will communicate through group email for the same. Possible dates would be in the months of December 2024 or January, 2025.
