ASSESSMENT TOOLS:

  • Component - 1

    • Presentation - 1 : 90 Marks

    • Will be Mapped to 17.5 Marks

  • Component - 2

    • Presentation - 2 : 100 Marks

    • Will be Mapped to 17.5 Marks

  • Component - 3

    • Video , SRS , Poster Presentation : 5 Marks Each [ At End of the Semester ]

    • Will be Mapped to 15 Marks

RUBRICS FOR EVALUATION (COMPONENT-1): First Internal Presentation

  • 30 Marks – Software Requirement Specification Document

  • 30 Marks – Quality of Work (Teamwork, Project Planning)

  • 30 Marks – Creativity to provide the solution of the problem and Presentation skill

Note: 90 marks will be mapped to 17.5 marks

RUBRICS FOR EVALUATION (COMPONENT-2): Second Internal Presentation

  • 20 Marks – Improved Software Requirement Specification Document

  • 30 Marks – Quality of Work (Teamwork, Project Planning, Coding Standard, Project Implementation)

  • 30 Marks – Creativity to provide the solution of the problem and Presentation skill

  • 20 Mark – Sufficient Test cases and proper testing

Note: 100 marks will be mapped to 17.5 marks

RUBRICS FOR EVALUATION (COMPONENT-3)

  • 10 Marks – Final Report + Poster

  • 5 Marks – Short Video

Instructions for the Presentation

  • You need to appear in a presentation in formal attire only.

  • Your Presentation must be up to date with all the details and proof. [Presentation file, Live Demo, Course Completion Certificate in case you are enrolled in course for enhancing technical knowledge, Experiments done/results in case of a research-based project, etc.]

  • Presentation must be verified with your guide/ mentor before you present.

Presentation Guideline

The following points should be included in your Project Presentation:

    • Title of Project, Guided By, Prepared By

    • Project Definition

    • Project Description

    • Motivation: How did you get an idea about the project, is this type of project already developed before? Give justification for your answer yes or No

    • Development Environment: Software and Hardware Requirements/ Tools and Technology [ You can also mention the names of courses that you have enrolled to accomplish your project work or any other program]

    • Major Features/Functionalities

    • Flow Chart (Graphical representation of your project)

    • Live Demo

    • References(References-you have to write the exact link, not google.com, Wikipedia, etc.)
