This is a guided 7-day experience designed to help you build a real, grounded relationship with your spirit guides.
Day 1: Join an 4 hour online workshop via google meet where you will be gently introduced to your guides and shown how to recognise, feel, and trust their presence. (recordings will be available for those that need to rewatch)
Day 2: receive a step- by- step a 7-day integration process where you begin to practice connecting for yourself — in your own way, at your own pace.
Day 7: The final session is an online Q&A session to integrate the learning, and strengthen your relationship with your spirit guides.
This is not about relying on someone else to interpret messages for you. It’s about awakening your own connection and learning how to walk with your guides in everyday life.
Throughout the 7 days, you will deepen your awareness, strengthen your intuition, and begin to trust what you receive
This is for you if:

60 minutes of relaxation, while I tune into your energy, and balance and align you chakra's
These one-to-one sessions are a deeply intuitive healing space, guided by what your energy, body, and spirit most need in the moment.
I work beyond a fixed structure — allowing the session to unfold organically in response to your intention, blocks, or life experiences. This may include chakra energy healing, ancestral healing, or soul retrieval work where parts of you are gently called back into wholeness.
Each session is unique. You are met exactly where you are.
This work can support you in:
• Releasing emotional or energetic blocks
• Healing patterns rooted in family or ancestral lines
• Reconnecting with lost or fragmented parts of self
• Feeling more grounded, clear, and aligned
You don’t need to know exactly what you need — only that something within you is ready to shift.
This is a space of deep restoration, reconnection, and transformation.

Whether you are navigating uncertainty, seeking clarity, or moving through a transition, these readings offer grounded, intuitive guidance to help you move forward with greater confidence and understanding.
You will receive:

• Clarity on current situations or decisions
• Support through emotional or life transitions
• A deeper understanding of what is unfolding for you
For those who feel they need ongoing support, you have the option to book a block of 4 sessions at a reduced rate. This allows for a deeper journey, where we can track patterns, shifts, and growth over time.
These sessions are not about dependency — but about supporting you to feel more steady, clear, and connected as you move through your path.
