Directorate of Quality Assurance of Charmo University held a workshop on the National Universities Ranking Process

On Sunday, October 31st, 2021, the Directorate of Quality Assurance of Charmo University held a workshop under the title “The National Universities Ranking Process. and Lecturers’ roles & responsibilities in the process”. The workshop was arranged for Mrs. Lanja Assi Hayder, Director of Teaching Quality Assurance of Charmo University.

The workshop began with Mrs. Lanja explaining the scales of the National Universities Ranking Process. Specifically, she focused on the scientific publications scales, and the types of conferences, journals, and books accepted in the National Universities Ranking Process. Moreover, she shed light on the scientific activities such as workshops, symposiums, scientific courses, and the lecturers’ roles in them.

The Director of Teaching Quality Assurance asserted that the purpose of the workshop was to clarify the process and its scales along with the lecturers’ roles and responsibilities. In order to enable Charmo lecturers to organize their activities and projects according to the required standards and guidelines. Resulting in the further improvement of the university’s ranking. ڕۆژی یه‌كشه‌ممه‌ رێكه‌وتی (31-10-2021) دڵنیایی جۆری زانكۆی چه‌رموو ۆركشۆپێكی به‌ ناونیشانی: پرۆسه‌ی ڕیزبه‌ندی نیشتیمانی زانكۆكانی كوردستان و ڕۆڵ و ئه‌ركی مامۆستایانی زانكۆ له‌ پرۆسه‌كه‌دا، بۆ  مامۆستا (له‌نجه‌ عاصی حیدر) به‌ڕێوبه‌ری دڵنیایی جۆری زانكۆ ئه‌نجامدا.

سه‌ره‌تا پێشكه‌شكار پێوه‌ره‌كانی پرۆسه‌ی ڕیزبه‌ندی نیشتیمانی زانكۆكانی كۆردستانی ڕوونكرده‌وه‌ و پاشان زیاتر تیشكی خسته‌ سه‌ر پێوه‌ری بڵاوكراوه‌ی زانستی و هه‌روه‌ها ئه‌و جۆره‌ كۆنفرانس و گۆڤار و كتێبانه‌ی كه‌ له‌ پرۆسه‌ی ڕیزبه‌ندی زانكۆكان په‌سه‌نده‌، هه‌روه‌ها تیشك خرایه‌ سه‌ر چالاكیه‌ زانستیه‌كانی وه‌كو ۆركشۆپ و سمپۆزیۆم و خولی زانستی و چۆنیه‌تی ڕۆڵی مامۆستایان له‌و چالاكیانه‌دا.

مامۆستا له‌نجه‌ عاصی  به‌ڕێوبه‌ری دڵنیایی جۆری زانكۆی چه‌رموو وتی ئامانج له‌م ۆركشۆپه‌ ڕوونكردنه‌وه‌ی پرۆسه‌كه‌ و پێوه‌ره‌كانی و هه‌روه‌ها تیشك خستنه‌سه‌ر ڕۆڵ و ئه‌ركی مامۆستا بوو له‌ پرۆسه‌كه‌دا تاوه‌كو بتوانرێت چالاكی و پرۆژه‌كانیان به‌پێی ستانداردی داواكراوبێت له‌ ڕێنماییه‌كان و كاری باشتر بكرێت بۆ به‌ره‌وپێشبردنی زانكۆ و به‌ده‌ستهێنانی ئاستێكی باشتر له‌ ڕیزبه‌ندی زانكۆكاندا.

ڕۆژی  یه‌كشه‌ممه‌  ڕێكه‌وتی (24-10-2021)  به‌ڕێوبه‌رێتی دڵنیایی جۆری ۆركشۆپێكی به‌ناونیشانی (پرۆسه‌ی ڕیزبه‌ندی نیشتیمانی زانكۆكانی كوردستان و ڕۆڵ و گرنگی كۆلێژ و به‌شه‌ زانستییه‌كان)  له‌ پرۆسه‌كه‌دا بۆ مامۆستا له‌نجه‌ عاصی به‌ڕێوبه‌ری دڵنیایی جۆری زانكۆ ئه‌نجامدا.

 ۆركشۆپه‌كه‌ بۆ ڕاگر و یاریده‌ده‌ری ڕاگری كۆلێژه‌كان، ڕاگری سه‌نته‌ری چه‌رموو بۆ توێژینه‌وه‌ و ڕاهێنان، سه‌رۆك به‌ش و بڕیارده‌ری به‌شه‌ زانستییه‌كان، سه‌رۆكی لیژنه‌ی زانستی كۆلێژه‌كان، به‌رپرسی دڵنیایی جۆری كۆلێژه‌كان، به‌ڕێوه‌به‌ری بەڕێوبەرێتی چالاكییه‌هونه‌رییه‌كان و ڕاگەیاندنی زانکۆ، به‌ڕێوبه‌ری تۆماری گشتی زانكۆ، به‌ڕێوبه‌ری كتێبخانه‌ی ناوه‌ندی زانكۆ، لێپرسراوی به‌شی وه‌رزشی زانكۆ) ڕێكخرابوو.

The roles and the responsibilities of scientific colleges and departments discussed in a workshop

On Sunday, October 24th, 2021, the Directorate of Quality Assurance held a workshop under the title “ The process of regional ranking of Kurdistan Universities & the scientific colleges and departments’ roles & responsibilities”. The workshop was arranged for Mrs. Lanja Assi, Director of Teaching Quality Assurance of Charmo University. She asserted that the purpose of the workshop was to clarify the process and its ranking scales. Moreover, to shed light on the roles and the responsibilities of the scientific colleges and departments on the entire process; in order to enable them to organize their activities and projects according to the required standards and guidelines. Resulting in the further improvement of the university’s ranking.

The workshop was organized for; the deans, the deans’ assistants, research center manager, heads of the departments and their coordinators, head of the scientific committees, Teaching Quality Assurance Administrators of the colleges, Director of art activities Directorate, university’s media director, director of general registration, head of the Charmo University’s central library, and the sports unit director.
