This website will provide parents and students with links to informative websites, activities, and videos. As the media specialist for Folkston Elementary School it is my goal to make reading fun and accessible, even when we are not at school.

To browse the site click the Home located at the top of this page. The student resources link will provide you with a list of online resources available for your student. Feel free to let them navigate the page and select the eBooks, activities, or website they want to visit.

The book read-aloud and chapter book read-aloud pages will be constantly updated as I create videos of some of my favorite books to share with students. Videos will be added weekly to the page.

This is my second year as the media specialist at FES. I love engaging with your students and helping them find the right book while also learning about their interests and reading habits. Last year as I introduced myself to each class I played the Sesame Street video featured on this page. It served as a delightful way to discuss what is and is not available in the library.
