• MATH 1242, C or higher

• MATH 2171, C or higher

• PHYS 2101 with lab, C or higher

• PHYS 2102, C or higher

• Must be a declared Major

• Not available for Electrical and Computer Engineering major

Transient Study

• Students are not permitted to take courses at another institution in the Fall or Spring semester without prior permission from the Associate Dean or Assistant Dean in the College of Engineering 

• Students within 30 hours of graduation must get written permission from their department chair to take off-campus classes as this constitutes a waiver to the Residency Requirement.

• May only be used during the Fall or Spring semesters if the course is NOT offered at UNC Charlotte
