Visitor Parking

You only need to pay for visitor parking on Friday and Monday. Parking is free on the weekend anywhere on campus.

Visitor parking: 

There are four visitor decks on campus that cost 15 dollars a day on weekdays:

  • Union Deck 

    • 8755 Student Union Lane, Charlotte NC 28223

  • East Deck 1

  • CRI Deck (level 4)

Union Deck is closest to the Student Union

• • Enter on Student Union Lane if you do not have a 12-15 passenger van (levels 4-6)

  • Enter on Union Deck Lane  and park in the basement if you have a 12-15 passenger van (levels 1-3)

*There are a limited number of spots in the basement

Cone Center Visitor Deck

• • Enter on Cone Lane

  • Will fit all vans and cars

  • 10-15 minute walk to CHHS or the Union 

  • 15-20 minute walk to Friday or Fretwell

All parking lots require a parking pass unless you park in a ParkMobile spot. This allows visitors to pay for parking, extend parking time, receive time expiration alerts and view receipts. You will not need to display a receipt in your windshield or pay at a pay station. You will need to download the ParkMobile app in order to use this.  ParkMobile spots require payment everyday of the week including on weekends. The following parking lots have ParkMobile spots:

Lot 4, Lot 28, Lot 30, Robinson Hall Lot, Lot 13, Lot 16, Lot 20, Lot 21

Lot 16 is closest to the Student Union. The entrance is off of Cameron Blvd past the student health center and the counseling center.
