August is National Civility Month. This month emphasizes the importance of treating others with kindness, empathy, and respect. It's an opportunity to reflect on how our actions affect those around us and find ways to improve ourselves in this regard. The month aims to create a more harmonious society by reminding people to be kind, empathetic, and open-minded. That sounds like a very IB way to treat others!

Please join us for a brief review on volunteering. We will be using more parent volunteers to cover lunch/recess this year.
All students will choose 3 club choices in order to be placed in a club this year. Clubs meet every other month. Club days are a huge hit with our students. Clubs give them the opportunity to meet other students, staff and engage in some of their favorite hobbies/events. We added some new clubs this year including "Cake My Day" Club, "Cup Stacking" Club, "Culture Shock" Club and "Steel Drums" Club.
You can help support our clubs by fulfilling our Buist Club Wishlist. Click the link below to see the list. We update it throughout the year.
