Teacher Appreciation
We want to THANK teachers and staff for continuing to inspire our students. Buist teachers show up every day and give their all to support student growth and achievement. Our school community is not complete without their love and encouragement.
We would like for students to show appreciation and gratitude this week by selecting one or all of the following ways to celebrate teachers:
Write a nice note or poem to give to your teacher.
Draw a picture or make a card for your teacher.
Share a wonderful memory with your teacher.
Celebrate your teacher in your own special way.
Parents may join the opportunity to show gratitude by sending teachers and staff members kind notes or emails. Your positive notes and kind words mean very much to our faculty and staff members.
School Principal's Day
May 1 was School Principal's Day. We would like to appreciate Mrs. White for her commitment and passion for making Buist Academy a wonderful school. Thank you for all the hard work, vision, and many hours spent planning. Thank you for ensuring high expectations for teachers and students. We are glad you are our leader and we love you!
Happy School Principal's Day!
School Nurse Day
Wednesday, May 10 is School Nurse Day. Nurse Kim works hard to keep us informed, safe, and healthy. We appreciate all of her hard work and dedication to our staff and students. Please be sure to take time to give a gracious "Thank You" to her!
