National Reading Month
National Reading Month is celebrated each March. The increase in reading during this month has significant benefits that will continue to pay off in the future. Reading is one of the best habits to develop; it strengthens the mental muscles, helps to improve comprehension and analytical abilities, increases imagination, and boosts memory. National Reading Month is an important opportunity to encourage reading every day and to foster a love of books in children across the country.
