Pi Day
Students in middle school participated in hunts for Pi, ate mini pies, and participated in Pi math activities. Fifth grade used the circumference and diameter of four different circles, then used division skills to derive Pi. It was fun to see their skills come together as they worked in teams of three. Lots of fun was had learning about Pi!
