Buist Academy Dress Code- Please make sure your student is following the uniform and dress code policy.
A state textbook review for English/Language Arts (grade K-12) and Handwriting (grade 3) will be taking place from January 18 - February 9, 2024. Parents may review materials at Buist Academy on the dates below or by using the CCSD Textbook Selection website. If you choose to view the materials online, complete the Google form below to offer feedback.
Onsite review of materials will be available on Wednesday, January 24 from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm and Friday, January 26th from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm in the front office.

Practices would begin mid-February and matches are early March through early May, usually once a week. More details to come.
Thank you to everyone who has donated snacks and drinks to our faculty workrooms. This has been such a well-received activity that we would like to extend an invitation for parents to donate monthly. Please drop items off at the front office or send them in with your student.
There is no sign-up, we will restock as items are received.

Please join us for Family Bingo Night at Buist Academy. The Buist Academy Foundation is sponsoring this event to support funding for supplies, teacher professional development, and additional curriculum resources for students.

Time: 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Location: Buist Academy Gym
Bingo cards can be purchased at the door or in advance for $5 per card. If you would like to purchase cards in advance, please Venmo @Buist-Foundation with your name and number of cards.
If you plan to attend, please RSVP below! There will be a limited amount of tickets available at the door.
This is a family event. Parents or a responsible adult must accompany all children. More details are coming soon!

Orders will be delivered to homerooms in early March.
This will be our last delivery for the school year.

Please remind students to check lost and found daily. We have many lost items for Quarter 2 that need to be found. Parents are welcome to check lost and found before and after school. These items will be donated on Friday, February 2.
January 26 is the last date to order a yearbook IF you want it personalized with your child's name. Please be aware of this deadline.
