Important Dates and Reminders

Summer Office Hours: Monday-Thursday from 7:30-4:30. The office will be closed several days throughout the summer. Please call in advance to ensure someone is available to assist you.

June 11-3rd and 6th Grade Welcome Event

Principal's Message

Thank you very much for your support during this past school year! We appreciate your kindness, encouragement, and understanding as we navigated through another year of getting back to normal. We stayed sharp and stuck together as a team. I am grateful to be a part of such an amazing school community and look forward to our continued growth and success.

CCSD Registration

The registration process is web-based for all aspects of student registration, including document upload. If you need assistance please call the school at 843-724-7750. Registration is for all new and returning Buist Academy students. Please complete prior to June 30.

School Withdrawal Form

If your 2nd-7th (rising 3rd-8th) grade student is not returning to Buist Academy for the 22-23 school year, please complete the school withdrawal survey. If you have accepted a seat at another CCSD choice/magnet school, you do not need to complete this form.

One survey may be used for multiple children.

Lost and Found

Items from lost and found will be donated on Thursday, June 23. If your student is missing any items, feel free to come by the front office during summer hours to look for lost belongings before this date.

Summer Reading/Free Meals with CCPL & CCSD

CCSD is partnering with the Charleston County Public Library for Summer Reading from June 4-August 13.


CCSD Students: You are already pre-registered! Your username and password are the same as your CCSD email (first three letters of your last name, first three letters of your first name, and the last four digits of your student ID) with all letters in lowercase. John Smith's username and password would be smijoh2345.
