M.S. Plant and Environmental Science from Clemson University
Educational Background: During my time at Clemson both as an undergraduate and graduate student I worked as a research assistant for the Floriculture program, mainly studying poinsettia. After college, I worked as a research technician for a vegetable breeding team at Clemson's Coastal Research Center in Charleston. I've had the pleasure of being the horticulture teacher here at ECCAS since 2022.
Hometown: Mt. Pleasant, SC
Family: Almost all of my family is located in the Charleston area which I am extremely grateful for. I recently got engaged to my fiancée Paola and we plan on having our wedding at the end of 2024.
Outside Interests: When I am not at work I enjoy spending my time being outside in nature. I love working in my garden at home and taking my dog to parks and walking trails around town.
