The International Welcome Center serves new international Multilingual Learner (ML) students and their families in the Stall and North Charleston High School feeder pattern schools enrolling in a public school for the first time. We are committed to building a bridge to the educational system in the United States and providing wrap-around services for our ML students and their families.
