Discovering Computer Science

Computer Science 1 (7th grade) and Computer Science 2 (8th grade) are computer science courses that empower students to create authentic artifacts and engage with computer science as a medium for creativity, communication, problem solving, and fun. Each semester counts as a ½ credit toward High School. The two ½ credits earned during 7th and 8th grade qualify for the 1 credit hour required for HS graduation in Computer Science.
