How many times can you tap it with elbows and keep it up?
How many times can you tap it with feet and keep it up?
Get a partner and try same ones.
Make a circle and try with whole family.
Put your foot on an X and once your foot leaves the X you are done

This can be played multiple ways. You can play one vs one or you can put as many people on a team as you want! All you need is a rope or tape to create "net" on the ground. You can make "out of bounds" if you want to also but it is not needed. After that you can be creative as you want. Options: Three hits or as many as you want, ball is alive until it hits the ground, stay on your knees, bottom or let people on their feet!
