Section 29(7) will be paid out starting in January. It will be paid based on Membership as defined in Section 6(4), there is no threshold.
Our OFM team is working on some kind of chart and a policy to publish it in the monthly state aid report. Likely not until February or March, but moving forward after that.
We will also be working on something regarding supplement/supplant with State funds.
The teacher incentive payments can be used on any raises or steps this year, regardless of when they were planned.
