Victoria Coe grew up in Massachusetts, she has one brother and one sister. She went to college in New York city where she majored in math and business. She never thought she would go on to become a writer, but after getting married and having children she decieded to write. Her dog, Kipper, inspired her to write from the dog's point of view in her books. Fenway and Hattie is Victoria Coe's first book! She has written several sequels to Fenway and Hattie.
