Students should be ready to compete on competition days. Ready to compete means the student has been attending and participating in their event meetings and the weekly general meeting, that they have been studying for their events and that they bring any required supplies in their care (such as binders, reference sheets, and device logs.) Students and coaches will wear team shirts that identify them as part of the Chardon Science Olympiad team.

Students are expected to be available all day on the competition days! We leave the school together on a team bus and return in the evening on the same bus.

The competitions we will be attending this season are:
Kenston Invitational - January 13, 2024 (next scheduled for January 18, 2025)
In-House Scrimmage - January 15, 2024
Solon invitational - February 3, 2024 (next scheduled for February 1, 2025)
Mentor invitational - February 10, 2024 (next scheduled for February 8, 2025)
Regional Tournament - March 2, 2024
State Tournament - April 27, 2024 (We qualified for States at Regionals. This does involve travel to Columbus on April 26)
If a student will not be available for any competition date they should contact the coaches listed below as soon as possible.
