The client had a finished basement being utilized for both family entertainment as well as storage. Certain areas had become a drop-off space for “I’ll do it later” items. As with others I meet, clutter takes over and you forget what you have, let alone how long it’s been since you used it. Sorting and eliminating what was no longer needed minimized items on hand. We maximized the use of space by creating specific storage areas, hanging wreaths and utilizing storage containers. The end product was visually appealing as well as resulting in a sense of ease from chaos.
I spent a day with a client taking on 2 projects. Although the tendency is to be organized, sometimes it felt like a whirlwind came through and messed things up. Chaos had taken over in their dock shed as well as the pantry. Some things they couldn't find, some things were no good and there was a general feeling of being overwhelmed and frustrated. At the end of the day, everything had a home where it could be easily located and there was a general sense of calm restored.

Anne, Professional Organizer, Mom of 2
Michelle and I met as parent volunteers for our school drama program. I've been a professional organizer for nearly 7 years, and while watching her juggle the demands of a full-scale production, and an army of parents and middle-schoolers, I knew she could be a tremendous help to me. For almost two years now, she's been my go-to second organizer on my most demanding jobs. Together we've powered through garages, basements, closets and more piled from floor to ceiling with other people's things. Together, we've helped those folks get control over their clutter and find peace in their spaces. Michelle is a born organizer, a sensitive people person, and an absolute pleasure to work side-by-side with. She always makes the work fun, and my jobs more successful.
Dolly, Theatre Director
As the Director of the national award-winning middle school theatre program, I am running in ten different directions on a daily basis. I function, essentially, as a project manager for 100+ people. What allows me to be successful in my work is having someone be my “personal assistant” for the duration of the job. It’s not an easy task, but Michelle did a fabulous job keeping me organized and on task for 2 years! She is thorough, complete, super organized, and plans ahead. Her attention to detail is unparalleled. I cannot recommend her services more highly. Whether it’s administrative tasks, or household organizing tasks, whatever it may be. Michelle can do it all, and she’s super nice and easy to work with. She’s that helper you didn’t know you needed until she’s taking care of the details of your life that you’ve struggled to keep up with. Then you won’t know how you managed without her. It is without reservation that I recommend you hire Michelle today!
I found out about Michelle’s services and was thrilled to know that she is passionate about helping others organize their spaces as this is an area I struggle with. During our consultation, she was very thorough with asking questions to make sure the space would best fit my needs. When starting the closet clean-out/reorganization, Michelle did an amazing job de-cluttering and simplifying the space. She was very pleasant to work with and made the daunting job manageable. I loved how she hauled away the clothes and items to donate and helped me re-purpose boxes and storage containers that would work in my space. I would highly recommend Michelle for any reorganizing job!

Michelle truly helped me tame the chaos! I really needed someone to help me prioritize my de-cluttering efforts, make suggestions for how to better tackle routines and align my life's actions with my priorities. She helped me accomplish all of that and then some! She's a joy to work with and is an adept listener, able to even organize my thoughts as I think out loud. I will be having her help in more areas of my chaotic life soon and have recommended her to many other families.

"My mother was planning to move to a studio apartment from a 1-bedroom apartment. Before the
move, I asked for Michelle’s help to determine what would fit in the new space and what the layout
options would be. Michelle measured the furniture my mother wanted to keep and measured her closet
space. She then created some layout options for the new space. One thing that she did that was
extremely helpful was to measure the new closet, which was smaller, and then mark off the size in my
mom’s current closet. This helped my mother to visualize how much closet space she would have to give
up to fit in the new apartment.
Ultimately, my mother was not mentally prepared to downsize again (she had downsized from a house
to a 2-bedroom apartment to a 1-bedroom apartment). With Michelle’s help, however, she was able to
make that decision ahead of time rather than finding that things did not fit on moving day. Having that
information upfront was invaluable. I really feel that we dodged the bullet of trying to figure out what to
do with everything that didn’t fit on moving day. Knowing what would fit—and having a visual
representation of the possible layouts—gave my mom the information she needed to make an informed
decision. I know that if she had moved (or if she does in the future), Michelle would be an integral part
of helping her to get the most out of her new space, including making it functional, safe, and enjoyable.
Michelle does a very good job of assessing her clients’ needs and focusing on what is most important to
them. We had a constant dialogue about expectations, what the next steps were, and how Michelle
could help. I cannot recommend her highly enough."
