When you use one of these internet browsers and click a link in your invitation email, your Participant ID should automatically load into the login page.
Internet Explorer is generally not compatible with our login page or questionnaires.
Refer to your invitation email. Your Participant ID might be included towards the bottom of the message.

Please enter your date of birth into the Birth Month, Birth Day, and Birth Year fields under your Participant ID.

Yes, most questionnaires are compatible with a wide range of smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. However, some questions may be easier to answer on a larger screen.
Yes, you will be able to log in to the questionnaire as many times as needed. After you log back in at nhs3login.org you will pick up from where you left off; you will not need to start over from the beginning.
