Login Page

I don’t know my participant ID. How do I log in?

  1. Try using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari to access our login page.

  • When you use one of these internet browsers and click a link in your invitation email, your Participant ID should automatically load into the login page.

  • Internet Explorer is generally not compatible with our login page or questionnaires.

  1. Refer to your invitation email. Your Participant ID might be included towards the bottom of the message.

  2. If you still can't find your Participant ID, please email nhs3@channing.harvard.edu. We'll be happy to help.

What should I enter into the date fields?

Please enter your date of birth into the Birth Month, Birth Day, and Birth Year fields under your Participant ID.

Contact Info Update

I want to remove existing contact information for a specific field and leave it blank (e.g., remove “Secondary email” without replacing it). How can I do this?

Send an email to nhs3@channing.harvard.edu noting which field(s) you’d like us to make blank, and we will update our records accordingly.

Can I use my smartphone or tablet to complete the questionnaire?

Yes, most questionnaires are compatible with a wide range of smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. However, some questions may be easier to answer on a larger screen.

I got interrupted or could not finish the questionnaire. Can I log in again to finish it?

Yes, you will be able to log in to the questionnaire as many times as needed. After you log back in at nhs3login.org you will pick up from where you left off; you will not need to start over from the beginning.

How will you use my data?

Questionnaire responses will remain strictly confidential and will only be used for research purposes. For further information on confidentiality and privacy, please click here.

I live in the European Union (EU). Can I complete this questionnaire?

Yes, but participants must first review our website privacy policy (particularly Section 8), which outlines how data will be processed.
