The Arbor App and Parent Portal mean we can keep you informed about your child’s life at school in a more accessible way.

All Arbor logins will be sent out week commencing 18 May 2026 you should recieve your login by 22 May 2026. If you have not received yours by this date, please email thompsona@chancellors.herts.sch.uk.

You will be able to login to Arbor to see and update your child’s information. The Parent Portal works on Google Chrome (computer or laptop) and you can download the Arbor App from the App Store or Google Play Store on your phone (Android 5.0; iOS 10.0 and upwards).

How to get started

Wait for your welcome email from us telling you Arbor is ready - you won’t be able to log in before
Click the link in your welcome email to set up your password
Go to the App or Google Play Store on your phone and search ‘Arbor’
Click ‘Install’ on Android or ‘Get’ on iPhone then open the App
Enter your email, select the school, then enter your password
Accept the Terms & Conditions and enter your child’s birthday

You can also access the portal via the website on a computer if you would prefer rather than the app.

Some tips to try:

Ensure your username is the email address you use for Arbor. Ask us to check the email address linked to your account.
Reset your password from the login page.
If the login email was sent to you more than 96 hours ago, the password link will have expired. Ask us to send it again.
Enter the birthday of one of your children to log in.
Only relatives who are Primary Guardians of a child can access the Arbor App. Ask us to check you can access Arbor

Parent portal - how to enter your child's important information

It is vital you login in to your Arbor account (see above) and complete all the necessary information regarding your child by Friday 5 June 2026 it may be easier to enter all this information on a computer rather than your phone).

Important Information we need:

Student profile information (check name, DOB, address etc), you will not be able to change the name or date of birth. If this information is incorrect please email admin@chancellors.herts.sch.uk and we will update this for you.
Enter at least 2 additional emergency contacts - it is important we have the minimum of 2 emergency contacts for all students
Check all contact telephone numbers and email addresses are correct, if incorrect you can update this on your Arbor Parent Portal
Enter all relevant medical information, ensure this is completed with detailed diagnosed medical conditions
Enter all dietary information (allergies etc)
