I've been a faculty member in the Core Division at Champlain College since 2011 - first as a part-time faculty member and then transitioning to full-time work as an Assistant Professor starting in the fall of 2015.

I love teaching in the Core because our interdisciplinary courses stretch me every day - and because I love our students, who are creative, cool, socially aware, and almost always incredibly kind (go Gen Z!).

In addition to teaching, I have found being involved in faculty governance at Champlain to be incredibly rewarding. As you'll see from this website, it has given me an opportunity to advocate for greater fairness and equity for our faculty, both full- and part-time. (In fact, I was one of the organizers of the adjunct faculty union at Champlain.)
