From an interview with Fr. Tutas by Kapono Ryan...
Q. What does liberal arts education mean to you?
A. "It has to do less in terms of the pragmatic, and utilitarian and more in terms of growth and knowledge. Liberal arts education is focused on personal growth, was kind of a dream- kind of an idea....It is really a human growth institution on a higher level."
