Personal Development in Sixth Form is important because your education is about more than just your qualifications. We want you to develop the skills, experiences and confidence you need to succeed beyond Sixth Form. You will be encouraged to take ownership of your personal development and choose opportunities that genuinely interest you, whether that is leadership, volunteering, sport, the arts, work experience, enrichment or learning a new skill.
The purpose is simple: to help you become a confident, independent and well-rounded young adult who is ready for their next steps.

Ever wondered what it would be like to run your own business? Young Enterprise gives you the chance to step into the world of entrepreneurship and work as part of a team to create, develop and run your own business idea.
An EPQ is an independent project where you choose your own research question or topic, plan and carry out your research, and produce a substantial final outcome. An EPQ can be particularly valuable if you are considering university or a competitive course.
