Message from the Management

Dear Chaitanyaites, season’s greetings! Wish you a happy new year and new dawn ahead. We have crossed another milestone – loan portfolio of INR 2,000 crores. And, plan to grow much stronger, to double our portfolio by same time next year. So, tighten your seat belts, it’s fast and furious ahead!

History has shown that if we have conviction about our goals and belief on our abilities, we can achieve the moon. Chaitanya has set standards during this pandemic period, be it in terms of collections, fresh disbursals, reduction in client dropouts, field discipline, work from anywhere, or profitability. Let us drive towards this uniform goal, to become a top-3 microfinance lender by 2025.

The view from the top is wonderful, let’s enjoy the ride.

Diwali is a majorly celebrated festival of India and Diya is an extremely basic yet most prominent element of this festival. Diya represents the triumph of good over evil hence gives hope to everyone. These Diya's which lighten up the whole country is created by many potters like Jugli Devi. Jugli Devi and her family hails from Pahdebagi, Jharkhand and are they are in this primary business for 3 genealogies. Chaitanya wishes to empower more such artists from all over India.
