Message from the Management
Warm greetings to the Chaitanya family. To spearhead our journey in the finance space and to be ahead of our competitors, we have taken steps to make CIFCPL a technology-centric organisation.
All of you could be witnessing the dramatic and fast incorporation of new tech solutions and the replacement of old systems.
With the incorporation of the new LMS, Audit Management Solution, HRMS and Fixed Asset platform you may have really felt the turbulence of the change. All these are the initiatives to keep us ahead of the race and to empower each one of us to achieve the near milestone for CIFCPL of 10K in the next couple of years.
Saying so, the technology platforms mentioned herewith are some with a wider outreach. There are many other tech spaces on which CIFCPL is working, Eg. Banking Cloud solution (implementation is in progress); inhouse Datawarehouse, CKYC management, EndPoint Security and many more.
This is just the beginning!

The Idol Makers of Patharkatti
One of the most significant parts of the vibrant Indian festivals is the idols of the deities being worshipped by the diverse culture of India. Chaitanya's customer representative met one such customer, Soni Kumari who is engaged in the business of idol making for the past 10 years along with her husband, Amit Kesri. They hail from Patharkatti village, Gaya, Bihar. Chaitanya's timely financial aid to many such small business owners helps them grow. Continuous support of the microfinance industry played a vital role in overcoming the adversities raised by the COVID-19 pandemic in the life of common people. Chaitanya feels fortunate to be able to contribute in bringing stability back in many such lives.
