"Things are never as complicated as they seem. It is only our arrogance that prompts us to find unnecessarily complicated answers to simple problems.”
― Muhammad Yunus
Message from the Management
With so much to write and yet be crisp about the context, I intend to do here. Not to mention the COVID-19 pandemic has its ebbs and flows, both in our personal and professional life. It had been so worse that in the second wave we ended up losing 2 of our employees as well, which is indeed an irreparable loss for the family and the organization. Tragically, COVID-19 is turning out to be endemic and the only two things which can keep us safe are being vaccinated and adherence to appropriate behaviour.
Of course, we all would agree, there is one thing that remained unshaken throughout the pandemic is our “SPIRITS” to strive hard till the end and if I reckon right, it is the feeling that each employee resonates with the organization at large. I would like to highlight the following things which encapsulate the true “Spirit of Chaitanya" :
First and foremost, “Resilience” is one value that has not only helped us combat the adversaries that have been inflicted upon each employee by the COVID-19, but we have also learned and innovated our ways out to keep business running. Each one of us has put an extra mile so that we are inching closer to the targets that we have committed to the organization as a whole.
Not to mention, the secret of our success has always been found in “Unity in diversity”, where employees irrespective of hierarchies, levels, bands, grades or department, rather seldom felt reluctant in helping and supporting each other. One other thing that contributed to our success is our exceptional adaptability to change and evolve to be better fitted in this ongoing dynamic business ecosystem as a whole.
Henceforward, the entire team will be converging on nothing but top-notch performance while keeping in mind the mission of improving the lives of the rural population through financial inclusion. We are all set to welcome technological advances like Finpage in our culture which will enhance our productivity and service quality. We’ll also introduce the new HRMS ‘People Strong’ to ensure an excellent user experience and provide ease in all the HR-related activities for the employees.
I feel obliged in expressing my deepest sense of gratitude for all the employees who have placed the organization above all their commitments and have worked day and night to bring unmatched success in these unfavourable times to support the organization against all the odds. We are confident that if we let the winning spirit burn in our hearts, we are inching closer to our target of achieving 10K cr by 2025.
I once again thank you all for your ongoing support & unmatched dedication to the organization.

Story of the Quarter
Sulabai Gangaram Bramhne, a resident of Dahigaon, Sillodd, Aurangabad, Maharashtra is associated with Chaitanya for the past 2 years. With the help of the first loan she bought 3 farmlands and today she owns 12 farms which makes her feel proud and independent. Later she bought a cow and started her own dairy business. Now she earns 12,000 per month by taking care of her dairy farm. She expressed her gratitude and said, "Many women like me are getting a chance through microfinance to generate income opportunities for their secure future".
Skill Development
“We are more powerful when we empower each other."
Chaitanya always focuses on community development and organizes community-building activities. Here is a glimpse of the recently conducted Skill Development Program in association with Microfinance Institution Network (MFIN) Nesari and Chandigarh village of Kolhapur district. It was a 5-day Beautician workshop where 60 JLG women customers participated and learned the basics of the course.

When I started my professional life, there were very few job opportunities in the Belgaum district (my hometown). There were a lot of factors where I had to a work on mainly Communication, Language, Leadership skills, etc. I came to know about Chaitanya's motto to focussing on the development of the rural population. Chaitanya was hiring freshers and fortunately, I got this opportunity to join as a CO (Now CRE). On 10th October 2010, I joined as a fresher with minimal knowledge about Microfinance. The time in Chaitanya was great exposure because of the senior’s support and cooperative teammates. It helped me in self-development and career growth. After a few years of experience, I was promoted to BM, I also played the role of RCM, DCM. And now I am a Unit Manager of Dharwad, Karnataka region.
It's all thanks to Chaitanya that I'm where I am now. Every resident in my village appreciates my success and respects me in many aspects. Chaitanya has given me everything and I am grateful for that. In the coming future, I see myself thriving even more in the organisation.
Thank you.
